摘要
针对多指标评价问题中区间形式评价标准的处理方式和指标权重的确定方法直接影响评价的科学性及合理性,首次将可变模糊集理论和模糊优选神经网络有机结合,提出了一种新的评价模型———基于可变模糊集理论和模糊优选神经网络的综合评价模型,并应用模型对黄河流域9个行政分区的水资源可再生能力进行了综合评价。评价结果表明,黄河流域水资源可再生能力总体上较弱;新的评价模型是科学、合理的。
In the multiobjective evaluation,the treatment of assessment standard with interval pattern and the determination of factors weight affect the scientificity and rationality of evaluation.Variable fuzzy sets can scientifically and reasonably determine relative membership functions of disquisitive indexes at standard interval and fuzzy optimum neural network is an effective method of determining factors weight objectively.Based on variable fuzzy sets and fuzzy optimum neural network,a new assessment model was proposed in this paper.Finally,the model was used to assess water resources reproducible ability of the 9 regions in Yellow River basin.The result is acceptable and shows that the model is scientific and reasonable.
