循环经济视角下的山东省水资源可持续发展研究

Research on Sustainable Development of Water Resource in Shandong Province on with View to Conception of Circular Economy

根据循环经济理念,分析了山东省水资源的现状并提出了水资源可持续发展的相应政策措施:利用先进的科学技术支撑,合理利用和节约水资源;加强水资源立法管理,积极开展水权管理研究;组织开展水资源循环经济规划研究;建立合理的水价机制。

Based on the concept of circular economy,the status of water resources in Shandong Province is analyzed,for the sustainable development of water resources corresponding policy measures are proposed:resonable utilization and sowing water resources by use of scientific and technologic support;strengthening legistation and management of water resources;developing management research of water right and circular economic planning;establishing rational pricing mechanism.
