通过对水火电资源优化配置市场机制的国内外研究情况的综述,提出了水火电资源优化配置市场机制深入探讨的主要问题和方向。首次给出了水火电资源优化配置的市场机制框架设计,并对其功能进行了分析。
The chief problems and aspects of the hydro-thermal resource optimizing scheme market mechanism which need thoroughly study are brought forward through system analysis on domestic and overseas research instance.Based on this,the framework of the hydro-thermal resource optimizing scheme market mechanism is designed for the first time,and the function of the concrete mechanism under this framework is detailedly anlysised and described.
