摘要
以长江集装箱班轮运输系统为研究对象,采用两阶段分析方法:第一阶段,寻找可行航线,解决“寻找满足时间、运量约束的可行流问题;”第二阶段,航线优选,对第一阶段的“可行航线”进行优选,在保证各港口都被访问、满足其运量需求的基础上,实现整个班轮运输系统总成本最低,得到内河班轮运输航线的优化设置。这种方法可以应用于解决我国内河班轮运输航线配置问题,进而实现总营运成本最低。
Liner shipping problem of the Changjiang River is considered and a "Two-Phase" solution is proposed. Firstly, all feasible routes are generated, solving the problem of "feasible routs with time and carrying capacity restriction" ; Secondly, recoumended routes are selected from the feasible routes, aiming to minimize the total transportation cost on the basis of satisfying each port's demand. The proposed solution can be used to solve our country's inland liner shipping problem, and cut down the total inland liner shipping system's running cost to the greatest extent.
