摘要
树状化合物由于其独特的结构和性质越来越引起化学工作者的注意.该类化合物在微胶囊药物、液晶、基因、催化剂等领域有着重要的应用前景.以丙酮和甲酸乙酯为原料,在醇钠的作用下合成了三乙酰基苯(Ⅰ).(Ⅰ)与二溴新戊二醇在酸的作用下发生缩酮化反应,制成1,3,5-三-(1-甲基-2,6-二氧杂-4,4-二溴甲基环己基)苯(Ⅱ).(Ⅱ)与2,2-二甲基-4,6-二氧代-1,3-二氧六环在乙醇钠的作用下合成了1,3,5-三-(3-(3,11,11-三-甲基-2,4,10,12-四氧杂-9,13-二氧代-二螺[5.1.5.1]-十四烷基))苯(Ⅲ)树状化合物.利用IR,NMR和MS对所合成的化合物进行了表征.
Dendrimers are subject of intense attention recently because of their peculiar structural and physical properties and the prospects for commercial applications in micelles, liquid crystals, pharmaceutical preparations, and gene. 1,3,5-tri-( 1- methyl-2,6-dioxaspiro-4,4-dibromomethylcyelohexyl)benzene( Ⅱ ) was prepared by ketalazation of triacetyl benzene ( Ⅰ ) and 2,2-dibromomethyl - 1,3-propanediol by p-methyl benzene sulfonic acid as catalyst. 1,3,5-tri- ( 3- ( 3,11,11 -trimethyl - 2, g, 10,12-tetra-oxa-9,13-dioxa-dispiro[ 5.1.5.1 ] -tetradecyl) ) benzene was synthesized by reaction of ( Ⅱ ) and 2,2-dimeth- yl-4,6-dioxa-1,3-dioxane in C2H5ONa. The products and intermediates were determined by IR, ^1H NMR and MS.
