摘要
本文考虑了热轧高强度无缝钢管的几何对称性,分析了无缝钢管材料的化学成分,测量了材料的热传导率、比热及对流换热系数,采用有限元法对无缝钢管的淬火过程的温度场进行了数值模拟,得出了淬火过程中管体内的温度分布及变化情况,模拟计算结果与实际测量以及工厂的生产实际较为接近,对工厂的热处理工艺制定和预测产品质量具有重要的指导意义,同时,也为进一步研究无缝钢管淬火后的残余应力分布情况提供了有力的依据.
This paper considers geometric symmetry of hot-rolled high-strength seamless pipe, analyzes chemical component of seamless pipe, measures thermal conductivity, specific heat and convection coefficient, simulates the temperature field of the quenching seamless pipe by FEM and receives the temperature field distribution and the change of the inner of the quenched pipe. The result closes to the data of the fact. This is significant to the establishment of the heat treatment craft, prediction of product quality and next research of residual stress of the quenched pipe.
