摘要
为了了解北京市售茶叶的质量安全状况,本实验利用原子吸收法对北京部分市售茶叶中的铅和铜含量水平进行了测定和分析。57个茶叶样品随机采自北京市场。所测样品中Pb的含量为0.198—6.345ms/ks,只有一个样品的Pb含量超过国家最大限量标准5mg/kg。Cu的含量为1.790—48.19mg/kg,所有样品中的Cu含量均未超出国家最大限量标准60mg/kg。结果表明目前北京市售茶叶的质量安全状况比较乐观。
To evaluate safety of teas sold in Beijing, 57 tea samples randomly collected on Beijing market are analyzed for their Pb and Cu content by means of atomic absorption spectrometry. Pb concentration is found to be in the range 0.198- 6.345 mg/kg, with only one sample exceeding the maximum permissible concentration (MPC) of 5 mg/kg given by Chinese Ministry of Health while Cu concentration range from 1.790 to 48.19 mg/kg, with all samples below the MPC of 60 mg/kg for Cu. The result can make consumers reassured about the safety of teas marketed in Beijing.
