二维稳态小的远场来流对纯熔体凝固的影响

摘要 考虑动力过冷和小的远场来流对纯熔体凝固的影响,利用Mullins-Sekerka解的形式及渐近分析的方法给出了该凝固系统的基态解和扰动态解,从而揭示了有对流存在时,沿晶体生长的方向、温度场及流场的分布呈现出一个指数下降的现象,为晶体生长的研究及实验分析工作提供了理论依据。 Deals with the following: the influence of an external flow and kinetic undercooling on crystal growth ; steady state solutions and perturbed solutions arising from the from of Mullins-Sekerka solutions and the progressive method; the fall of exponential in the temperature fluctuation of liquid and the solid phase in the case of convection and along the dendrite direction ; a theoretical proof for theoretical study and test analysis of crystal growth.
