小腿严重软组织缺损的显微外科修复

Repair of severe soft tissue defects of lower leg by microsurgery

目的探讨小腿严重软组织缺损的显微外科修复疗效。方法彻底清创,采用不同皮瓣移植修复小腿严重软组织缺损54例。结果术后皮瓣全部成活,随访3个月至4年,皮瓣外形及肢体功能恢复比较满意。结论应用显微外科技术修复小腿严重软组织缺损,疗程短,疗效好。根据缺损的不同部位、范围以及术者的技术水平,选择不同的显微外科皮瓣进行修复,可获得满意的临床效果。

Objective To probe effects of treating severe soft tissue defects of lower leg by microsurgical technique.Methods Fifty-four cases of severe soft tissue defects of leg were treated by complete debfiding, using different surgical flaps.Results All the cases were repaired suceessfally. The appearance and functions were achieved after 3 months to 4 years of follow-up.Conclusion According to the size and section of soft tissue defects and the technique level of the operator, and selecting different microsurgical flaps could be suitable and resolvable on problem of soft tissue defects.
