复方甘草甜素对寻常型银屑病的疗效及对T细胞亚群影响

Clinical effects and influence on of peripheral blood T cell subsets in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with Glycyrrhizin

目的探讨复方甘草甜素治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及对细胞免疫的影响。方法应用甘草甜素片剂对30例寻常型银屑病患者进行临床治疗观察,用流式细胞术检测患者外周血T细胞亚群。同时设32例为治疗对照组。结果寻常型银屑病患者外周血CD8+、CD25+T细胞水平升高,治疗后明显降低,皮损好转,PASI评分显著下降,在临床疗效方面与治疗对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论甘草甜素对寻常型银屑病有明显疗效,可能通过调节细胞免疫而发挥作用。

Objective To evaluate the effects of Glyeyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Clinical severity of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris was assessed by PASI score. Level of T cell subsets in peripheral blood which were determined by flow cytometry were compared before and after treatment with Glycyrrhizin. Results The levels of CD8^＋ and CD25^＋ T cells were significantly higher in the peripheral blood in patients than that in control group. They all decreased obviously after treatment with Glyeyrrhizin, and PASI scores also decreased.Conclusion Psoriasis vulgaris responds significantly to Glycyrrhizin which may act on the cell immunity.
