摘要
在广西大学校园内,对美人蕉(C anna ind ica L.)和花叶美人蕉(C anna g lauca L.)的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率等生理特性进行测定和对比分析。结果表明:2种植物的净光合速率和蒸腾速率日变化均为“双峰型”曲线,1天中的最高峰出现在10:00左右,16:00左右出现第2个较小的峰。美人蕉的各项生理指标均高于花叶美人蕉,其中叶绿素含量和日平均净光合速率分别是花叶美人蕉的2.67倍和1.78倍,而且,美人蕉具有较高的水分利用效率。两者的蒸腾速率日平均值差异不大。
The contents of chlorophyll, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and water use efficiency of Canna indica and Canna glauca on the campus of Guangxi University were studied. The results showed that both of the diurnal variations of net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate in two species were "double peak curve" and the highest peak in a day was at 10:00 and the second peak was at 16:00. And the amount of physiological characteristics of C. indica was higher than that of C. glauca. Among them ,the contents of chlorophyll and the daily average net photosynthetic rate of C. indicawere 2.67 and 1.78 times bigger than those inC. glauca. Also, the water use efficiency of C. indica was better than that of C. glauca. However, the two species had almost the same daily amount in transpiration rate.
