民进党“台独”转型的现状及前景评估

On the Transformation of Democratic Progressive Party's Ideology of "Taiwan Independence"

当前,民进党的“台独”意识形态已经成为其执政所难以突破的结构性困境,“台独”意识形态不仅使得岛内政局动荡,也使得两岸关系持续紧张,并对东亚乃至世界和平造成了潜在的威胁。民进党究竟能不能抛弃“台独”党纲,实现彻底转型?这一问题牵涉的因素相当广泛,而不仅仅是一个单纯的政党转型问题,如台湾社会能不能走出历史的悲情,台湾民众如何选择和确立自己的民族国家身份认同问题,美、日等国际因素对台湾问题解决的阻扰问题等等,但最根本的是台湾民众的民心向背问题。在判断民进党“台独”转型可能性的时候,只有紧紧抓住这些因素,才能得出比较合理的结论。

The ideology of ＂Taiwan Independence＂ has become a structural obstacle obstructing the administration of the Democratic Progressive Party in Taiwan. It has become a threat to the political stability in Taiwan, the relations between the mainland and Taiwan, and the peace among Southeast Asian nations and in the world. The transformation of DPP＇ s ideology of ＂Taiwan Independence＂ is not only a problem of the change of political party. It concerns such questions as whether Taiwan can extricate itself from the present historic tragic situation, how Taiwan public can choose and establish their national identity, and how to solve the problem of international interference to solution of Taiwan problem, but first and foremost, it depends on whether pepole in Taiwan will be for or against the party.
