随着广谱抗生素广泛应用于临床,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)已成为院内感染的重要致病菌,由其感染导致慢性鼻窦炎已不可忽视。因此,对其生物学特性、耐药机制以及导致慢性鼻窦炎的机制进行研究,制订出准确、快速检测方法和有效的治疗方案非常必要,作者就近年来这些方面研究进展作一概述。

With the extensive clinical application of broad-spectrum antibiotics, methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus（MRSA） has become an important pathogen in the nosocomial infections, chronic sinusitis caused by which should be attached importance to. Therefore, in order to formulate accurate and quick detection methods and available therapeutic regimen, it is necessary to investigate MRSA in- cluding its biotic characteristics, mechanism of antibiotic-resistance and possible reasons leading to chronic sinusitis. This paper outlines progresses about these researches in recent years.
