摘要
介绍了中西文化在饮食方面的差异。从饮食习惯、饮食观念、菜肴加工、座位的安排、洋快餐等方面进行了中西饮食文化的比较,并指出了中西餐饮文化在交流中共同发展的方向。
The differences between Chinese and western food dietetic culture were introduced. Food dietetic custom, food dietetic idea, dish processing, seat arrangement and western fast food were also compared respectively. The development trend of Chinese and western food dietetic culture were pointed out.
