摘要
为确保在长江口恶劣海况下高效率、高精度地安装半圆型沉箱,成功研制开发了坐底式大型半圆型沉箱安装专用船。该船采用半潜结构、坐底施工,具有抗风浪能力强、稳定性好的特点。其工艺特点是在船单侧舷外设置了3组6根水平外伸距离可调、竖直方向可伸缩的专用液压导向杆,自动化程度高,沉箱接靠、就位、安装方便快捷,定位准确;3组导向杆可供3个沉箱同时进行调位、注水、沉放和充砂的流水作业,解决了大型半圆型沉箱在长江口安装的诸多技术难题。
To ensure efficient and precise installation of semi-circular caissons in the bad sea conditions in the Yangtze Estuary, we developed successfully a bed-sitting barge specially designed for installation of large semicircular caissons. The barge is a semi- submersible structure and capable of working with its bottom resting on the foundation bed. The Barge is characterized by good stability and good performance against wind and wave. The technological features of the barge are that three sets of 6 special hydraulic guides are fixed to the outer side of the barge, which are highly automatic with the hydraulic guides adjustable horizontally and capable of stretching out or drawing back vertically, and which ensure rapid and accurate Loading, positioning and installation. The three sets of guides can be used simultaneously to carry out the flow process of positioning, water filling, settling down and placing sand filling in three caissons, thus a number of technical difficulties in installation of large semi-circular caissons in the Yangtze Estuary are solved.
