Study on Friction and Wear Characteristics of Steel-copper Couples in Double-duty Atmosphere of Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide

摘要 利用MMS-1G销盘式高温高速摩擦磨损试验机,研究了氧气和二氧化碳两种气氛下CrNiMo钢/H96黄铜配副的干滑动摩擦磨损特性,并分析了其磨损机理。结果表明:摩擦系数随载荷和速度的增加而减小;磨损率随着载荷和速度的增加而增加,在改变速度与载荷的过程中,存在着摩擦磨损机制的转变,氧气气氛下,CrNiMo钢材料的磨损机理主要表现为氧化磨损、磨粒磨损;二氧化碳气氛下,CrNiMo钢材料的磨损机理主要表现为磨粒磨损、粘着磨损。 By using MMS-IG pin-disk high temperature and high speed friction and wear tester, the dry sliding friction and wear characteristics of CrNiMo steel-H96 copper couples in double-duty atmosphere of oxygen and carbon dioxide were studied,and its wear mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the frictional coefficients of CrNiMo decreases as the sliding speed and contacting pressure increase; the wear rates of CrNiMo increase as the contacting pressure and sliding speed increase. When the sliding speed and contacting pressure are changed, the friction and wear mechanism will be changed. The wear mechanisms of CrNiMo are mainly oxidation wear and abrasive wear in oxygen atmosphere; The wear mechanisms of CrNiMo are mainly abrasive wear and adhesive wear in carbon dioxide atmosphere.
