摘要
对AZ31镁合金管材试样进行不同工艺参数的等温热处理。结果表明:300℃保温30 min后空冷可以使试样平均晶粒直径从挤压态的50μm减小到19μm,同时基本消除原始组织中的孪晶、条带状组织等导致管材塑性不高的组织缺陷。
The different isothermal heat treatment techniques for AZ31 magnesium alloy tube were studied. The results show that the diameter of the average grain is decreased to 19 p,m from 50μm as-extruded through heat treatment (at 300℃ for 30 min by air-cooling), meanwhile, the twin and streaky structure that will weaken the plasticity of the alloy tube are eliminated.
