本文遵照高校《档案实体分类法》与《档案工作规范》要求,对基本建设档案进行标准化、规范化作业,以便"资源共享"充分发挥基建档案的作用。
According to the requirements of 'Files Entity Classification Method' and 'Rules & Regulations of Filing Work' in colleges & universities,Capital construction files should be standardized and normalizd for the convenience of 'resources sharing' and making full use of capital construction files.
