摘要 自身免疫性疾病(autoimmunediseases,AID)是由于自身免疫引起的疾病,其发病机制仍未完全阐明,其中一个重要因素是病原微生物(细菌、病毒和寄生虫等)感染所致。此文综述了病原微生物引起AID发病机制的最新研究进展。 There are many mechanisms of autoimmune diseases, but the explicit reason is uncertain. Microorganisms （bacteria, viruses or parasites） may be one of the factors. This article reviewed the pathogenesis of microorganism infection and autoimmune diseases.
