复合不锈钢制设备尿素级316L复层的焊接工艺优化

摘要 根据近几年现场试验与施工实践,分析研究了复合不锈钢制设备复层(尿素级316L)常出现的焊接裂纹与产生原因,研究了防止与消除缺陷的优化工艺措施,对提高焊接一次合格率及返修成功率具有参考和借鉴意义。 According to the construction practices and experiments on site in recent years, the reasons why weld cracks usually were emerged when the composite stainless steel is welded were analyzed. The optimized welding technology to prevent and avoid weld defects was summarized and developed, which will be useful to promote product yield and repairing yield of multi -layers (316L) in composite stainless steel equipments.
