摘要
由于复合钢板化学成分的差异,决定了复合钢板焊接工艺的特殊性。试验结果表明,复合钢板焊接时,可接近的侧面和钢板厚度将决定焊接顺序和焊接材料的选用,而根据可接近侧面材质设计合理的坡口形式,是保证复合钢板焊接质量的关键。
The particularity of welding technology of clad steel plate is due of the difference of the chemical composition of the clad steel plate and experimental results show that the welding sequences and the selection for the welding consumables will depend on the approachable side as well as the plate thickness of clad steel plate. It is the key to ensure the quality of the weld that adopted reasonable groove type according as the chemical compositions of the approachable side of clad steel plate.
