摘要
目的:建立中药复方的药物动力学总量统计矩分析方法。方法:用统计矩原理阐明并建立中药复方总成分动力学参数体系及其与单个成分的动力学参数的关系。结果:建立了中药复方总量统计矩数学模型,包括总量零阶矩(AUC)、一阶矩(MRT)、二阶矩(VRT)、表观半哀期、表观清除率、生物利用度、平均稳态浓度、达稳时间、平均吸收时间、平均溶解时间、平均崩解时间等动力学参数概念。结论:统计矩原理能建立适应中药复方多成分分析的药物动力学方法。
The study tries to establish a new method, or the total amount statistic moment for the pharmacokinetic part of Chinese herbal medicine compound prescriptions (CHMCP). Here statistic moment principles are used to elaborate and establish a total amount pharmacokinetic system for CHMCP. Authors also try to explain its relationship with individual pharmacokinetic parameters. It is found that statistics moment principles can be employed to show pharmacokinetic statistic moment parameters not only in a total amount statistic moment model, but also in a parameter system. The model is made up of a range of parameters,including total amount zero rank moment (AUC) ,the total amount one rank moment( MRT,mean residence time), the total amount two rank moment (VRT, variance of mean residence time), apparent total amount halfdecay time, clearance rate, distributive capacity, steady state of average blood concentration, time for reaching a steady state, average absorption time ,average dissolution time, and average disintegration time. It is concluded that statistic moment principles can be used to establish a new method for CHMCP pharmacokinetic applications.
