摘要 基于代谢组学的系统化理论,以UPLC/QTOF分析系统为核心手段,结合生物样品分析制备方法,研究CCL_4诱导肝损伤大鼠的代谢组变化,以及茵陈蒿汤干预后的肝损伤大鼠代谢组的回调趋势。同时,借助MS解析理论和主成分分析软件,明晰表征大鼠肝损伤的5个内源性特征生物标记物,并结合系统生物学的理论还原肝损伤的机理与实质,以及茵陈蒿汤的肝损伤防治机理,从药物代谢组学角度对经典方剂防治肝损伤给出全新解释。 This paper discusses the metabonomics of rat liver injury induced by CCL4, and the interfering effects of the Yin Chen Hao Tang Extract. In the study, five special biomarkers of rat liver injury were discovered, using the MS analytical theory and PCA (principal components analysis) software. Both the mechanism of liver injury, and the therapeutic mechanism of the Yin Chen Hao Tang Extract have been sorted out, under the guidance of the systems biology. The investigation has led authors to believe that metabonomics makes a fine approach for explaining the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine on treating liver injury.
