彩色正畸不锈钢弓丝着色工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研制富有个性化的彩色正畸弓丝。方法采用化学着色溶液,对不锈钢弓丝样品染色,通过控制化学着色溶液的温度和浓度,以及着色时间,着色过程中的电位变化来得到不同的颜色。结果利用化学染色法,在不锈钢弓丝上得到了蓝、金黄、绿、桃红等多种颜色。结论在80℃的硫酸铬酸溶液中,通过控制不锈钢试样的着色电位与着色起始电位(或者终止电位)的电位差使不锈钢弓丝着彩色,并且具有较好的重现性。着色时间、溶液浓度和温度是影响着色效果的主要因素,通过控制电位以控制着色色调,能消除这几个不确定因素对着色的影响。 Objective To research the characteristic colorful orthodontic stainless steel wire. Methods The effects of temperature and concentration of coloring solution and immersion duration upon color of stainless steel wire have been investigated. Result A series of color wires such as blue, gold, green and peachblow were observed. Conclusion Coloring time, coloring temperature and concentration of coloring solution are the most important factors of the coloring procedure. The result shows that the color of stainless steel can be controlled by electrode potential difference under 80 ℃.
