摘要 目的评价伢典(Carisolv)化学机械法治疗龋齿的临床效果。方法选取中龋或深龋患者70例,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组使用Carisolv凝胶及专用工具去龋,消毒后光固化充填。对照组使用牙钻去龋备洞,消毒后光固化充填。同时选取新鲜离体牙10颗(中龋、深龋各5颗),随机分为两组进行离体牙粘合界张力测定。结果两种方法均将腐质去除干净,舒适度比较,实验组较对照组明显舒适(P<0.05);去腐时间比较,实验组(12.4±3.2)min较对照组(6.7±3.5)min长;充填后1年治疗成功率比较,两组差异无显著性;离体牙粘合界张力比较,实验组较对照组粘合张力强(P<0.05)。结论Carisolv化学机械去腐法是一种能准确作用于龋坏牙本质并将其轻柔去除的去龋新方法,相对于传统牙钻,具有安全、温和的优点,能最大限度地保存健康牙体组织,可被大多数患者所接受。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Carisolv in caries removal. Methods 70 teeth with middle or deep occulsive caries were randomly divided into two groups. Carisolv was used in the experimental group and burs was used in the control group. The other 10 teeth extracted were randomly divided in two groups for bond strengths. Results Two groups showed the same efficacy of caries removal. The treatment time in the experimental group was longer than that in control group( P 〈 0.05). The degree of the toothpain in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Carisolv in caries removal is soft, effective and painless.
