血管生成素受体Tie2在直肠癌中的表达及作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨Tie2在直肠癌中的表达及其与直肠癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法利用免疫组化S-P法,对10例正常直肠组织与40例直肠癌组织中的Tie2受体表达进行研究。结果Tie2受体定位于癌组织中血管内皮细胞胞浆及胞核,部分癌细胞胞浆也存在阳性表达,直肠癌组织中的Tie2表达阳性率明显高于正常直肠组织(P<0.05),Tie2受体的表达与临床病理中的分化程度、浸润深度、Dukes分期无关(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论Tie2受体在直肠癌的发展及淋巴结转移中具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the effect of Tie2 in rectal carcinoma and the role of Tie2 in the invasion and metastasis of human rectal carcinoma. Methods S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Tie2 in 40 cases of rectal carcinoma and 10 cases of normal rectal tissues. Results Tie2 was mainly localized in cytoplasm and nucleus of vascular endothelial cells in cancerous tissues and positive expression existed in part of cytoplasm of carcinous cells. The positive rate of Tie2 in rectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal rectal tissues (P〈0.05). There was no significant association of Tie2 expression with the differentiation, infiltration or Dukes grade (P〉0.05). The expression of Tie2 in rectal cancer was greatly associated with lymphatic metastasis of the tumor (P〈0.05). Conclusion Tie2 plays a key role in the growth and lymphatic metastasis of rectal carcinoma.
