摘要 某型飞机单向活门组件失效,本文主要对组件的活门板、弹簧和轴损伤的宏、微观特征进行了观察,对这三种材料的硬度进行了测试。结果表明,活门板与弹簧的断裂性质均为高周疲劳断裂,轴的异常磨损模式为磨粒磨损+粘着磨损。弹簧和活门板疲劳断裂的主要原因是弹簧的弹力值偏低,轴向上缺少限位装置也对其疲劳断裂起到了一定的促进作用。轴表面磨损的主要原因是弹簧和轴间的硬度不匹配。 Some non-return valve components in plane failed. In this paper, macro and micro observations of the damage for valve boards, springs and axles were performed. Hardness of these materials was tested. The results show that the fracture mode of valve boards and springs was high-cycle fatigue. Abnormal abrasion of axles was granule abrasion and sticking abrasion. The fatigue fracture of springs and valve boards was mainly correlated with the low elastic force of springs. And the lack of locating device accelerated the fatigue fracture. Because the hardness of springs did not match that of axles, abnormal abrasion of the axle surface occurred.
