摘要
目的观察槲寄生黄酮苷(Viscum coloratum flavonoid glycoside,VCFG)对大鼠实验性心肌梗死的保护作用。方法通过结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支造成急性心肌梗死模型,观察术后30min内VCFG对心肌缺血大鼠心电图(ECG)ST段抬高的影响,6h后,计算心肌梗死面积(MIS),测定血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标,来评价VCFG对大鼠急性心肌梗死的保护作用。结果与模型对照组比较,VCFG高剂量给药组可抑制心肌缺血大鼠心电图ST段的抬高,明显缩小MIS,降低LDH和MDA含量,也能明显提高SOD活性。结论槲寄生黄酮苷对大鼠实验性心肌梗死具有保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of Viscum coloratum flavonoid glycoside (VCFG) on experimental myocardial infarction in rats. Methods The model of acute myocardial infarction rats was constructed by ligating left descending anterior branch of coronary artery. Effects of VCFG on ST segment of electrocardiogram(ECG) were observed within 30 minutes after the ligation. Six hours after ischemia, the changes of myocardial infarct size (MIS), the activity of serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), and the levels of maleic dialdehyde (MDA) were determined to evaluate the protective effect of on the myocardial infarction.Results Compared with control group,in rats treated with high dose of VCFG,the elevated ST segment of ECG could be inhibited, the MIS was significantly reduced, the serum LDH and MDA activity were decreased,and SOD activity was increased markedly. Conclusion Viscum coloratum flavonoid glycoside has protective effect on experimental myocardial infarction in rats.
