摘要 本科毕业设计是提高学生综合素质与创新能力的关键环节,毕业设计过程是一个师生互动的过程,作者认为因材施教是提高毕业设计质量的关键因素之一。本文从论文选题、过程督导、质量控制、师生交流4个方面结合指导测绘工程专业GIS方向毕业设计的具体实例(文中列出了5个毕业设计的例子)谈谈笔者在这4个环节中实行因材施教的经验和体会。 The diploma project is a pivotal step to enhance the integrative diathesis and the innovative ability of the students. The communication between the director and the students will affect the quality of the diploma project deeply. The author argues that teaching students in accordance of their aptitude is a key factor to improve the quality of the diploma project. In this paper, From the aspects of selecting topics, supervising and guidance during the process, controlling the quality of the paper, and the communication between the director and the students, the experiences of how to direct undergraduates in accordance of their aptitude are stated in detail, the Diploma Project of GIS students is used as an example to illustrate the experience.
