超声引导经皮穿刺硬化治疗单纯性肾囊肿

Clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous ethanol injection in the treatment for simple renal cysts

目的探讨在超声引导下穿刺抽液和硬化剂注射治疗单纯性肾囊肿的方法及疗效。方法72例单纯性肾囊肿病人,局麻后在超声引导下进行穿刺抽尽囊液,再用无水乙醇反复冲洗囊腔,达到有效治疗浓度后抽尽囊液。术后3个月、6个月行超声复查。结果67例获随访患者中,60例肾囊肿半年内囊腔基本消失或完全消失。结论超声引导经皮穿刺硬化治疗技术具有较大的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the methods and effects of percutaneous ethanol injection （PEI） in the treamaent for simple renal cysts guided by ultrasound. Metlods PEI were operated on 72 patients with simple renal cysts after local anaesthesia guided by ultrasound. After acquiring the valid treatrnent concentration, the liqnid in the cysts were sucked out. Three and six months after the surgical operations, the patients were rechecked by ultrasound to evaluate the curative effect. Results In the 67 patients who were followed up, there are 60 patients whose renal cysts disappeared basically or completely in half a year. Concltsion The PEI guided by ultrasound has important clinical application value in the treatment of simple renal cysts.
