摘要
职业教育一方面要保证自身的发展,另一方面又要完成时代赋予的使命,因此关注职业教育成本,尤其是特色专业职业教学成本显得更为重要。烹饪教学成本包括传统意义上的教学成本和变革创新要求下的教育成本内容,以及因专业特点带来的管理成本。
Vocational education should guarantee the development for itself in one aspect, but in the other it must accomplish the mission entrusted by the times. Therefore, it is more important to show concern about the cost of vocational education, especially the teaching cost of characteristic vocational speciality. Culinary teaching cost consists of educational cost in traditional sense, educational cost requested by reform and innovation and management cost needed for its special features.
