水族农民职业分化的调查与研究——以南丹县龙马庄为例

A Study of Peasants' Occupational Diversification of Shui Nationality——Take Longma Village of Nandan County as an Example

农民的职业分化实际上就是农村劳动力从农业向非农产业的转移,是农村现代化的必要前提。改革开放以来,随着家庭联产承包责任制的推广和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,使得水族农民的职业选择逐渐呈现出多元化的趋势。通过对广西南丹县龙马庄水族农民职业分化进行初步研究,分析了影响农民职业分化的基本动因。

The occupational diversification of peasants, which is a key precondition of the modernization of rural areas, is actually the laborer transfer from agriculture to non-agricultural industries. With the foundation of family contract responsibility system and the system of socialism market economy, the peasants＇ occupations of Shui nationality have been diversified since the policy of opening-up and reform was taken into practice. This paper aims at analyzing the causes that diversify peasants＇ occupations, on the basis of the study of present situation of Shui nationality in Longma village of Nandan county in Guangxi.
