依法治国背景下道德与法律关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Moral and Law Based on the Principle of Administering a Country by Law

就法的历史发展而言,法律起源于道德。就现代社会而言,法律也应以道德为基础。在建设社会主义法治国家的实践中,为了增强法律的实效,要充分认识道德与伦理的重要性以及法治所蕴涵的道德价值和伦理精神,重视对法律与道德之间内在联系的研究。

As far as the history of law is concerned, law derives from morality, and in modem society, it is also supposed to be based on morality. To protect the effectivity of law, we are bound to know the importance of law and mondi＇ty, and moral value and ethics as well. Meanwhile, we should lay emphasis on the intra-relations in law and morality during the construction of socialism under the rule of law.
