摘要
以75%的乙醇作为溶剂,采用索氏提取器进行提取,以芦丁作为标准品,采用比色法测定了不同季节中迎春花茎叶中总黄酮含量。
Determination of total content of flavonoids in the leaves and stems of Jasminum Nudiflorum Lindl in different seasons was finished by the way, in which 75% ethanol was used as a solvent, and Rutin as a standard, and meanwhile extraction devices and colorimetry were used.
