Polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme gene and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

妊娠期高血压疾病是妊娠期特有的疾病,也是产科常见病。但至今发病机理仍不清楚,可能是一种多基因决定和受多种环境因素影响的疾病。该文综述了血管紧张素转换酶基因多态性与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性,以期探知妊娠期高血压疾病的产生机制,寻找妊娠期高血压疾病的早期预防,早期诊断策略。

Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy （HDCP） is a common pregnancy - associated disease. The contribution of genetic factors to HDCP has been well documented. However, although there have been some reports about pathogenesis of HDCP, the certain pathogenesis is unclear till now yet. This article reviewed relationship between polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme （ACE） gene and HDCP in order to explore the pathogenesis of the disease so as to prevent and treat it early.
