摘要
随着癌症治疗手段的发展,儿童和年轻女性癌症患者的生存率得以提高,他们的生活质量尤其是生育功能保留问题正被投以更多关注。建立癌症患者卵巢组织冻存库是保留生育功能的理想方法。该文查阅了Pubm ed数据库中近3年来的英文文献,综述冻存卵巢组织的历史、技术流程、指征与风险。目前对卵巢组织冻存技术尚无统一的指导意见,随着技术的进步,相信癌症患者冻存卵巢组织库将得到更充分的发展,为女性癌症患者生育功能保留提供有力的保障。
With development in treatment of carcinoma, the survival rate of children and young female sufferers of various carcinomas has been improved. Their quality of life, especially preservation of reproductive function, is being payed more attention in treatment of these malignancies. Cyopreservation of ovarian tissue is a new ideal method to preserve reproductive function by preventing the young patients with carcinoma from sterilizing effects of chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy. This article reviewed history, technique, indications and risks of the method in the latest English literatures of Pubmed database in recent 3 years. Although there is no consensus directory view for the technique to date, the future of this innovative method is promising with accumulating experiences in practice.
