摘要 目的:研究Survivin蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达情况及其与ER、PR的相关性,探讨其与乳腺癌发生发展的内在联系。方法:①采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Survivin、ER和PR在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达情况。②统计学处理:本结果采用χ2、Fisher精确概率法检验。结果:①Survivin蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌和对照组癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为76.0%(38/50)和0.00%(0/15),两者具有显著性差异;②Survivin蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达与ER、PR和发病年龄无关,与淋巴结转移、临床分期和病理分级密切相关。结论:Survivin蛋白在乳腺癌组织中高表达,在正常组织不表达,且与临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移有关,可作为乳腺癌预后判断的指标之一。 Object:To investigate the expression and relationship of Survivin and estrogen receptor(ER), progesterone receptor(PR) in ductal infiltrated breast carcinoma, and to discuss the relationship between Survivin and the prognosis of breast cancer. Methods: (1)The expression of Survivin and ER, PR in ductal infiltrated breast carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry S - P way. (2)Statistical analysis The data analysis was used Chisquare and the Fisher extract test. Rusult: (1) The positive rates of Survivin expression in ductal infiltrated breast carcinoma and normal breast tissue adjacent to carcinoma were 76.0% (38/50) and 0.00% (0/15); The positive rates of Survivin expression in these two tissue were considered statistically significance. (2)The expression of Survivin in ductal infiltrated breast carcinoma had no relationship with the ER and PR expression and age, but had significant relationship with lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and grade. Conclusiom:Survivin was over expressed in breast carcinoma and had no expression in normal tissue. Survivin can be as a new prognostic marker in breast carcinoma because of its significant relationship with lymph node metastasis ,clinical stage and grade.
