摘要
绍了UG CAM中进行数控编程时所采用的装配加工技术,以夹具等为检查几何体,建立真实的数控加工环境,使得UG CAM中产生的刀位轨迹能够自动避让夹具等,而且对刀轨的切削仿真和碰撞仿真能更真实地反映实际的加工过程.最后给出了一个在UG CAM中应用装配加工技术进行数控编程的实例.
This paper introduced the technology of assembly manufacturing in NC programming with UG CAM. With the clamps are defined for the check geometries and a real environment of manufacturing is established, the tool path generated in UG CAM can avoid the clamps automatically,also the collision simulation and cutting simulation of tool path can reflect the real environment of manufacturing. An NC programming example based on assembly manufacturing in UG CAM is given.
