苏联在社会主义发展阶段理论演变过程中,明显存在一种急于向共产主义过渡的倾向,即“超越阶段”思想。该思想最早出现在列宁时期,到斯大林时期基本形成并得到初步实践,赫鲁晓夫将其发展推至历史顶峰,勃列日涅夫也没能摆脱它的持续影响甚至将其进一步发展。事实上,这一思想的形成、发展有着深刻的社会、历史根源,对苏联的经济社会发展产生了极其重大的影响。

The Russian socialism theory at developing stage obviously has a kind of thought of ＂surmounting stage ＂ in the course of developing. This kind of thought inclines to start in Lenin period , receive the preliminary practice in Stalin period to, shift limit of history in Khrushchev period, Brezhnev is did not surmount maze of stage to go out of too. There are deep social , historical origins in this kind of stage thought of surmounting which has very important influence on economic development of the Soviet Union.
