基于均匀设计的种子弹跳滚动位移的试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用均匀设计方法,对双圆盘开沟器和八字式覆土器作用下种子触土后的弹跳滚动位移进行了试验研究,考察了覆土器参数(覆土距离、覆土板偏置距离和后开口宽度)与种子弹跳滚动位移的关系,建立了覆土器参数、机器速度与玉米、大豆种子弹跳滚动位移之间的回归方程,在机速一定条件下(V=6 km/h),得到了覆土器最优参数:覆土距离305 mm,覆土偏距26 mm,后开口宽63 mm。试验结果对控制株距、提高播种精度具有指导意义。 With the method of uniform design, an experiment was arranged to analyze the relationship between working parameters of soil cover and displacement of seed bounce and rolling. Cover soil distance, cover soil excursion, hatch width of soil cover and operation speed etc. were examined. Math models were constructed in support of the experimental results. When velocity is 6 Km/h, the optimum experimental parameters of cover soil distance, cover soil exettrsion and hatch width are 305 mm, 26 mm and 63 mm, respectively. The research will help to control crop distance and improve planting accuracy.
