乳癖散结胶囊与光电离子治疗仪治疗乳腺增生病的临床研究

Clinical observation of therapeutic effects of the treatment of mammary gland proliferation disease with Rupisanjie capsule and photoelectron treatment device

目的探讨乳癖散结胶囊与光电离子治疗仪治疗乳腺增生病的方法,比较两者的临床应用价值。方法应用乳癖散结胶囊与光电离子治疗仪治疗乳腺增生病各152例,比较两者在疗效、副作用以及停药后复发率等方面的差异。结果疗效乳癖散结胶囊组(总有效率91.45%)优于光电离子治疗仪组(总有效率46.05%),P<0.005;副作用乳癖散结胶囊组副作用轻,发病率低,无须停药或特殊治疗,光电离子治疗仪组未发现有副作用。随访复发率乳癖散结胶囊组(2.38%)低于光电离子治疗仪组(85.71%),P<0.005。结论乳癖散结胶囊能消除乳房疼痛和肿块,疗效显著,副作用轻,发病率低,停药后复发率低,可作为目前临床药物治疗乳腺增生病的首选用药。光电离子治疗仪能有效消除乳房疼痛且无副作用,主要适用于表现为乳痛症者。

Objective： To observe and compare clinical effects of treatment of mammary gland proliferation disease with Rupisanjie capsule and photoelectron treatment device. Methods： 304 patients with mammary gland proliferation disease were randomly divided into two groups ： one was treated with Rupisanjie capsule and other with photoelectron instrument. Their therapeutic effects, side effect and the recurrence rate after discontinue of treatment were observed and compared. Results： Therapeutic effect of treatment with Rupisanjie capsule （total effective rate 91.45%） was significantly superior （P〈0. 05） to that with photoelectron treatment device （total effective rate 46. 05%） but with mild and less frequent side effect, to which patients could tolerate without discontinue taking the drug. No sideeffective, however, was observed with photoelectron device therapy. A 2.38% of recurrence of the disease was found in the Rupisanjie capsule group, much less （P〈0. 05） than that in the photoelectron therapy group （85. 71%） in the follow-up. Conclusions： Rupisanjie capsule can be used as first choice for treatment of mammary gland proliferation disease. It can effectively relieve pain in breast and, resolve breast mass, with mild and less frequent side effect and, less recurrence of disease after stopping drugs. Although photoelectron treatment device can effectively relieve pain in breast and have no side effect, it is primarily used for relieving pain in breast.
