摘要
目的:在100H z^110MH z范围内测量正常大鼠腓肠肌的介电谱,并在垂直和平行两个方向上比较两者的区别。方法:应用阻抗分析仪测量正常大鼠骨骼肌纤维走行与测量电场呈垂直和平行两个方向的骨骼肌细胞的交流阻抗,通过细胞介电谱、Co le-Co le图、介电耗损因子及介电损耗角正切频率谱进行比较分析。结果:正常大鼠骨骼肌细胞介电响应具有频率依存性,存在方向性差异,其介电弛豫现象表现为两个特征频率。结论:通过对正常骨骼肌细胞介电特性的分析,可为将来对骨骼肌萎缩、肌营养不良等病症的介电特性研究奠定基础。
Objective:he dielectric spectra of the gastrocnemius from normal rat were measured at the frequency range from 100Hz to 110MHz, and the differences were compared be twcen the parallel and perpendicular orientations. Methods; The AC impedance of the skeletal muscle cells of normal rat was measured with an impedance analyzer as the skeletal muscle fibers oriented either parallel or perpendicular to the applied electric field,then the comparative analysis was made by using the dielectric spectra,Cole-- Cole plots,the loss factor and the loss tangent. Results:Thedielectric response of the skeletal muscle cells from normal rat showed dependence of frequency, discrepancy in orientation, and two characteristic frequencies. Conclusion :The analysis of dielectric properties of the normal skeletal muscle cells will lay the foundation in the study of dielectric properties of some skeletal muscle diseases such as atrophy and dystrophy.
