摘要
目的:制定牙周康酊剂质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法鉴别蜂胶;用分光光度法测定制剂中蜂胶总黄酮的含量。结果:定性定量方法简便,灵敏,准确,专属性强。结论:建立的方法可供控制质量用。
Objective： To formulate the quality specifications for Yazhoukang tincture. Methods： We distinguished the bee glue by the thin layer chromatography method,determined its total flavanone content in the preparation by the spectrophotometric method. Results： The qualitative--quantitative method was simple, sensitive and accurate, with high specificity. Conclusion：The established method may be used to control the quality of Yazhoukang tincture.
