摘要
目的:通过对十字花科芸苔属植物甘蓝、花椰菜、西兰花有效成分的研究比较,探索十字花科植物所含化学成分规律,为寻找新药源奠定基础,为植物化学分类学提供科学数据。方法:对甘蓝、花椰菜、西兰花分别进行水、醇、石油醚提取,对其检液有效成分进行纸色谱法、试管试验法、薄层色谱法检测。结果:三种植物均含有氨基酸、糖、黄酮、生物碱、三萜皂苷、挥发油等成分。结论:芸苔属甘蓝、花椰菜、西兰花三种植物有效成分既有相似性又有差异性。
Objective. To study distribution rule of effective components in cruiferous brassica to find new medicine resource and provide the theoretical basis for plant taxonomy. Methods: The cabbage, cauliflower and green cauliflower were extracted by using water, alcohol, petroleum ether. And paper chromatography, tube test and thin layer chromatography were applied to determine effective component. Results. Amino acids, monosaccharide, flavonoids, alkaloids, triterpenoid saponins, volatile oils were detected in the above three plants. Conclusion. There are both similarity and difference among the three plants.
