HPLC法测定酮洛芬凝胶剂的含量

Determination of Ketoprofen in gel by HPLC

目的：探讨高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定酮洛芬凝胶剂的含量。方法：采用AgilentC18色谱柱（200mm×4．6mm，5μm），以磷酸二氲钾溶液-乙腈（50：50）为流动相，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为255nm。结果：酮洛芬在3．9984～23．9904μg·ml^-1范围内，线性关系良好；平均回收率为99．35％，RSD=0．75％（n=6）。结论：该方法结果准确，精密度和重现性好，可用于酮洛芬凝胶剂的质量控制。

Objective ：To determine Ketoprofen gel by HPLC. Methods ：Agilent C18（200mm× 4.6mm , 5μm）column was used with the mobile phase of 0.01mol· L^-1KH2PO4（pH3.5） --acetonitrile （50： 50）,a flow rate of 1.0ml·min^-1 and a detection wave of 255nm. Results：There was a good linear relation within the range of （3. 9984～23. 9904）μg · ml^-1. The average recovery and relative standard deviation of the method were 99. 35% and 0. 75% （n=6）, respectively. Conclusion： The method is accurate, precise and reproductive for the quality control of Ketoprofen gel.
