摘要
目的:探讨高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定酮洛芬凝胶剂的含量。方法:采用AgilentC18色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),以磷酸二氲钾溶液-乙腈(50:50)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为255nm。结果:酮洛芬在3.9984~23.9904μg·ml^-1范围内,线性关系良好;平均回收率为99.35%,RSD=0.75%(n=6)。结论:该方法结果准确,精密度和重现性好,可用于酮洛芬凝胶剂的质量控制。
Objective :To determine Ketoprofen gel by HPLC. Methods :Agilent C18(200mm× 4.6mm , 5μm)column was used with the mobile phase of 0.01mol· L^-1KH2PO4(pH3.5) --acetonitrile (50: 50),a flow rate of 1.0ml·min^-1 and a detection wave of 255nm. Results:There was a good linear relation within the range of (3. 9984~23. 9904)μg · ml^-1. The average recovery and relative standard deviation of the method were 99. 35% and 0. 75% (n=6), respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate, precise and reproductive for the quality control of Ketoprofen gel.
