摘要 结合3种经典的非等温动力学处理方法对加热原位池/FTIR联用技术获得的PET/N100固化反应的数据(TIR曲线)进行了动力学研究,获得了该固化反应的动力学参数,建立了研究固化反应的TIR法。结果表明,积分法、微分法和等转化率法3种动力学参数处理方法获得同一体系不同试验条件下的动力学参数基本一致,从线性相关系数r比较,积分法优于其它两种方法。PET/N100粘合剂体系的固化反应机理函数符合g(α)=-ln(1-α),为一级反应,TIR法能很好地用于固化反应动力学的研究。 Based on three kinds of classical non-isothermal kinetics processing methods, PET/N100 curing reaction data (TIR curves) obtained by the heating in-situ FTIR cell technology were dynamically investigated, and some kinetic parameters of PET/ N100 curing reaction were obtained. The TIR method on curing reaction was established. The results show that the kinetic parameters of PET/N100 binder system at different test conditions were consistent by using the integration method, derivative method and the iso-conversion rate method. The integration method is superior to the other two methods by comparison of linear correlation coefficient. The curing reaction mechanism of PET/N 100 binder systems meets g(α) = - In ( 1 - a)function relationship and belongs to first-order reaction. TIR methods is applicable to study on curing reaction kinetics.
