ABS装置是以提高汽车行驶性能为目的而开发的。现在汽车上普遍采用的ABS防抱死制动系统,主要由轮速传感器、控制器(电脑)及电磁阀组成。其原理是根据车轮传感器提供的角减速度,由电子控制单元计算出的参数,再通过液压控制单元调节制动过程的制动压力,达到防止车轮抱死的目的。ABS称为“防抱死”系统而不是“防滑”系统,在使用装有ABS的汽车时,不可采用多踩几脚制动踏板的方法来增加制动力,不可随意增大轮胎的直径,维修时一定要参考原车的维修手册并使用原厂规定的制动液。
Developing ABS is to improve automobile driveability. Currently, ABS consists of sensor, controller (computer) and solenoid valve, the aim is to prevent the vehicle wheels from locking based on angular velocity of the wheel sensor, parameters calculated from the computer and brake pressure. ABS is called "anti-lock", not "anti-slip". When we drive a car equipped with ABS, pressing brake pedal several times to increase the braking power is not allowed, and enlarging the tire diameter freely is also forbidden. Reading owner's manual book and using the specified brake fluid is necessary when a car needs to repair.
