摘要 介绍了以采用模数转换芯片A/D574A、过零触发器、MCS51单片机为主的控制系统对电磁振动给料机振幅的数据检测及处理方法.通过对其接口电路软件和硬件的分析,展示了该电路的实用性. In this article, the analog-digital chip A/D574A, the zero-crossing flip-flop and MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer are used as a main control system to detect the vibration of electromagnetic vibration feeder for transportation material. Through analysing the hardware and software, design of the interface circuit is presented.
