摘要
采用共沉淀的方法制备了Fe-Cu-K-Si催化剂,并用低温氮气吸附、脱附,X射线衍射方法对催化剂进行了表征。考察了温度和空速对该催化剂上F-T合成过程的影响,进行了1000h以上的稳定性实验。结果表明,在反应温度250~300℃。压力2.6MPa,进料比V(H2)/V(CO)=2/3,空速400-1360h^-1操作条件下,催化剂显示了较高的F-T合成反应活性以及良好的稳定性。
The Fe-Cu-K-Si catalyst was prepared by co-precipitatation and characterized by low-temperature nitrogen adsorption/desorption and X ray diffraction. Effects of temperature and space velocity on the reaction were investigated, and a stability test for the catalyst was proceeded over 1,000 hours. The results indicated that the catalyst has good activity and stability under the reaction conditions of temperature from 250℃ to 300℃, pressure 2.6MPa, volume ratio of H2 to CO 2: 3, and GHSV from 400h^- 1 to 1360 h^- 1
