摘要
我国医学图书馆基础工作建设的主要问题是资源建设缺乏统一的宏观调控机制;基础研究缺乏系统的组织和规划;专业人员培训缺乏明确的目标和层次.需要从管理入手,通过资源建设立法,组织标准化研究和技术攻关,成立国家、地区、省(自治区)专业人员培训中心等手段和措施来加强医学图书馆基础工作的建设和管理.
Following-are the main problems to be solved in the development of fundamental operations in medical libraries of China: (1) no unified mechanism for macro-control in resource building up and sharing; (2) lack of systematic organization and plans in basic researches; (3) no clear-cut objects for different staffs in continuing education. In order to strengthen the management of fundamental operations in medical libraries, law for resource building up and sharing must be stipulated, standardization research must be carried out, and training centers on national, regional, and provincial levels must be established.
